I’m Anita, and I started exploring my sexuality in an intentional way in 2013. After almost a decade without sex (due to trauma and a massive need to protect), I started opening up again, and my sexual journey has been one of the most enlivening, growth-promoting, and rewarding experiences of my life, so much so that I built an entire business to contribute to the opening of yours.
I started writing erotica in 2017, and I had a natural, unfiltered knack for the genre. I would send my stories in voice notes to friends, and sometimes their boyfriends too… by request and with consent of course:) The feedback I got was that people were getting turned on, and I liked it!
I used my erotic stories to connect with men and open up conversations about what we both liked, wanted, and knew about ourselves. This practice created a ton of connection, play, and anticipation. It was an avenue for me to slow things down, get to know someone before engaging sexually, and ultimately, it had me feel more safe, which is something I deeply needed, and honestly, still need.
I dove into exploratory education related to embodied sexual practices, man/woman dynamics, and desire studies. I went from someone who couldn’t tell you what I wanted or needed, into a woman who knows and asks for what she wants, a woman who understands the power of energetics and takes responsibility for the closures in myself, when the men in my life are responding less than desirably toward me.
I've also had the pleasure of having a lot more sex & the best sex of my life, so far. It just keeps getting better, and I honestly had no idea that it was possible for me.
I'm in a healing process around sexual trauma & actively working on my relationship with the masculine because I want men in my life & I want healthier and more fulfilling relationships with them. Through experiential practices, I’ve come to understand and appreciate men much more than I ever had, and I’m discovering new ways to bring out their brilliance.
My ability to articulate what I want, ask for it, and use my voice to make adjustments so they really get it has made all the difference in my relationships with men. This is one of the many things I teach about in my containers.
I am living proof that closures can open, you can heal from trauma, and more pleasure and enjoyment are just an ask away… most of the time!
